Bidding Information

 No responsibility will be taken for loss or damage that has occurred during transit. 

Australian Bidders:

We PREFER payment via direct bank deposit / Internet bank transfer into our nominated bank account (details of which are included as part of our invoice).  Pay Pal and Australia Post money orders are also acceptable.

Overseas Bidders:

Please note! We ONLY accept payment via Pay Pal.  We will never ask for cash in the mail!  

Insurance:

Insurance is recommended on more expensive items, however, we will make this available as an additional option, as the decision ultimately rests with the winning bidder. Pay Pal's Buyer Protection coverage may not apply to items sent without insurance! Please check Pay Pal's terms and conditions for full details.

We prefer to send our items via Australia Post's Airmail service, however, we can, at the winning bidders request, send larger items via Sea Mail (can take up to three months for delivery!)  Insurance is available for both Airmail and Sea Mail for an additional AUD$7.95 for up to AUD$100.00 worth of cover.

Postage:

We post on Tuesdays and Fridays, as such, your item will be sent on the next posting day after payment has been received.

We always keep the postal receipt as proof of posting and we can help with any claim from loss through the postal service in the unlikely event of a mishap.

If possible we combine postage for multiple items won from our auctions.

Payment Terms:

Payment is Strictly 7 days from receipt of our invoice which will be sent to the winning bidder within 48 hours of the auction ending. 

Failure to make payment or to contact us within 7 days from receipt of our invoice will result in being reported to eBay as a Non-Paying Bidder!   Failure to respond to a Non-Paying Bidder alert will result in Negative feedback being left and the item being re-listed!

Feedback will be left once feedback has been left by you indicating that your item has arrived safely and that you have no problems.  If you have any issues, regarding your item, please contact us first to avoid leaving negative feedback as we are only too happy to help make your eBay experience a good one!
